The Glow Edit – Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with The Glow Edit. We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may begin processing the following business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $500.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hgembol.12@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Glow Edit is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
